Terms of Sale:
- Real Estate: 10% of final accepted bid to be deposited into our Suction Escrow Acct. and the balance to be due and payable on or about 30 days from date of sale.
- Personal Property: Cash or Good Check Sale Day. WE WILL CHARGE A 10% BUYER’S PREMIUM ON ALL FINAL BID(S) TO DETERMINE FINAL SALES PRICE(S) ON BOTH THE REAL AND PERSONAL PROPERTY.
AGENTS: We will offer a 25% Broker Participation Fee to any Firm/Agent who registers their buyer on our referral form 24 hours prior to sale time and that buyer is the top bidder sale day and the transaction closes.
